Where is my order?

After every order is placed, we send a personalized email including a tracking number for your package. Use that number to monitor your shipment updates, and if anything changes we'll be sure to let you know. Didn't receive a tracking number? Submit a request and we'll help you locate your order.

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

To exchange or return a CHEF iQ® product, return to your order confirmation email. From there, select "View Order" and return to CHEFiQ.com to view and edit your order. On this screen you can request a return/exchange and a shipping label, which will be delivered directly to the email address associated with your account.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Before you receive a shipping confirmation email, you can return to CHEFiQ.com and edit your order details. This includes your shipping address, shipping method, or canceling your order completely.

What are the delivery options?

Upon checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping option. Dependent on how quickly you would like your package to be shipped and on your location, some additional fees may apply. You can review these fees before completing your order.

How can I pay for my purchase?

For your convenience, we accept most major credit and debit cards. You can also combine your payment with a CHEF iQ® gift card.
