Ingredients:
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp roasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar

Ingredients:
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2-inch piece ginger, sliced thick
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 6 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup hoisin

5. Apple Cider Bourbon Glaze
Ingredients:
- 8 Tbsp salted butter (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp apple cider
- 2 Tbsp bourbon

Glazing Your Ham:
- For all glazes: Combine the ingredients in a small saucepot. Cook, stirring often to prevent sticking, until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and let cool until thickened.
- Remove any solid pieces, if necessary. Brush the glaze all over the ham toward the end of cooking!
