Return Policy:

We are confident that you will love your CHEF iQ product, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a no-hassle, 30 day return policy.

Please note that all returns must be sent back in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included in the box. We will process the refund once the returned item is received; it may take 3-5 business days for your payment to return to your account/statement.

Exchange Policy:

We make it our mission to provide you with the highest quality products, but if your product turns out to be defective, we will replace it free of charge! A new unit will be sent out within 3-5 days of when the defective unit is received back. Please note that all exchanges must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included in the box. We will process your exchange once the returned item is received.
